ΙΤ Support Engineer

Job Description

Η ITNetworks παρέχει μεταξύ άλλων , υπηρεσίες τεχνικής υποστήριξης (support) in companies and organizations. We are looking for a Business Support System Engineer who will join our team, taking over the technical management and support of our customers. The candidate will have a key role in ensuring the functionality of customer infrastructure, with a focus on systems Microsoft , Mikrotik και Fortigate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, installation and management of networks and systems for clients.

  • Monitoring, maintenance and improvement of network infrastructure and customer systems.

  • Implementation of security policies and firewall management.

  • Development of backup and disaster recovery solutions for customers.

  • Specialized support for Mikrotik and Fortigate devices and solutions.

  • First & Second Level user support and remote technical problem solving.

  • Collaborate with the team to optimize the services we provide to our customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in systems and network management.

  • Adequate knowledge and experience in Mikrotik and Fortigate systems.

  • Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

  • Experience in environments Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory).

  • Troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certifications Mikrotik (MTCNA, MTCRE)

  • Certifications Fortinet (NSE).

  • Certifications 3CX (Basic/Advanced)

  • Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure).

  • Knowledge of automation systems (PowerShell, Ansible).

  • Knowledge in Zabbix, Grafana
