Job Description<\/strong><\/p>

\u0397<\/span> ITNetworks \u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u03ad\u03c7\u03b5\u03b9 \u03bc\u03b5\u03c4\u03b1\u03be\u03cd \u03ac\u03bb\u03bb\u03c9\u03bd , \u03c5\u03c0\u03b7\u03c1\u03b5\u03c3\u03af\u03b5\u03c2 \u03c4\u03b5\u03c7\u03bd\u03b9\u03ba\u03ae\u03c2 \u03c5\u03c0\u03bf\u03c3\u03c4\u03ae\u03c1\u03b9\u03be\u03b7\u03c2 (<\/span>support) in companies and organizations. We are looking for a <\/span>Business Support System Engineer who will join our team, taking over the technical management and support of our customers. The candidate will have a key role in ensuring the functionality of customer infrastructure, with a focus on systems <\/span>Microsoft , <\/span>Mikrotik \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 <\/span>Fortigate. <\/span><\/p>

Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Design, installation and management of networks and systems for clients.<\/p><\/li>

  • Monitoring, maintenance and improvement of network infrastructure and customer systems.<\/p><\/li>

  • Implementation of security policies and firewall management.<\/p><\/li>

  • Development of backup and disaster recovery solutions for customers.<\/p><\/li>

  • Specialized support for Mikrotik and Fortigate devices and solutions.<\/p><\/li>

  • First & Second Level user support and remote technical problem solving.<\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with the team to optimize the services we provide to our customers.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.<\/p><\/li>

    • 3+ years of experience in systems and network management.<\/p><\/li>

    • Adequate knowledge and experience in Mikrotik and Fortigate systems.<\/p><\/li>

    • Knowledge of network protocols (TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).<\/p><\/li>

    • Experience in environments Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory).<\/p><\/li>

    • Troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Desirable Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Certifications Mikrotik (MTCNA, MTCRE)<\/p><\/li>

      • Certifications Fortinet (NSE).<\/p><\/li>

      • Certifications 3CX (Basic\/Advanced)<\/p><\/li>

      • Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure).<\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge of automation systems (PowerShell, Ansible).<\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge in Zabbix, Grafana<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
